MagicPower, an Indonesian health product innovator, is participating in the World Health Exhibition (WHX) Dubai 2026. The exhibition is one of the largest healthcare industry events in the Middle East and Africa region, bringing together industry players, medical device manufacturers, distributors, and stakeholders from various countries to expand business networks and explore cooperation opportunities in the global market.

MagicPower’s participation in the international exhibition is part of the company’s effort to introduce Indonesian health product innovations to the global market. During the exhibition, MagicPower conducted several business meetings with potential distributors from various countries as an initial step towards exploring international distribution partnerships.

MagicPower’s products fall within the medical devices category, alongside other medical equipment such as condoms, lubricants, medical masks, wound plasters, and latex gloves. This classification confirms that the products are healthcare devices that comply with standards and regulations in the healthcare sector, offering opportunities for wider marketing across various countries.

General Manager of MagicPower, Terence Bouman, stated that the company’s participation in WHX Dubai represents a strategic opportunity to expand business networks whilst opening opportunities for expansion into new markets. According to him, the Middle East and Africa region holds significant potential for growth in the medical devices industry, including innovations originating from Indonesia.

“Our participation in WHX Dubai is a strategic opportunity to expand our international network and open distribution opportunities in new markets. The support from the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) Dubai and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia is very meaningful for our global expansion efforts. We see great potential in this region and are committed to increasing our contribution to national foreign exchange through the growth of MagicPower exports from Indonesia,” said Terence.

Indonesian government support is also present through the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) Dubai and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the United Arab Emirates, which are promoting Indonesian products in international markets.

Head of ITPC Dubai, Widy Haryono, viewed international exhibitions as a strategic platform for businesses to expand their networks whilst increasing opportunities for national product exports. “International exhibitions serve as a platform to expand business networks and increase exports. MagicPower’s presence demonstrates the potential of Indonesian medical devices to compete in the global market. In 2025, exports of products similar to MagicPower’s category to the United Arab Emirates reached US$74,400, representing a 48.73% increase compared to the previous year,” explained Widy.

Meanwhile, Indonesian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Judha Nugraha, added that the presence of Indonesian companies in various international exhibitions in the Middle East region is part of strengthening economic diplomacy whilst expanding trade cooperation between Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.

“The presence of Indonesian companies in Dubai is part of strengthening economic diplomacy. The Indonesian Embassy in Abu Dhabi continues to support Indonesian businesses to expand market access and strengthen economic cooperation between Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates,” said Judha.

MagicPower is known as the pioneer of the Tissue Magic product in Indonesia and is now beginning to target the global market as part of the company’s long-term growth strategy. Participation in WHX Dubai 2026 represents an important step in introducing Indonesian health product innovations to the international market whilst reaffirming the readiness of the national brand to compete in the global medical devices industry.
