MagangHub Batch 2 Opens, Here Is the Full Schedule!
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has opened registration for prospective partner organisers of the National Apprenticeship Programme, or MagangHub Batch 2, Second Cohort, Year 2026. Registration is open from 21 to 31 August 2026.
The registration is intended for companies as well as ministries and institutions that wish to become partner organisers of the apprenticeship programme for university and professional education graduates.
Minister of Manpower Yassierli said the involvement of companies and ministries/institutions is an important part of expanding opportunities for university and professional education graduates to gain work experience while improving their competencies in line with the needs of the world of work.
“Kemnaker invites companies, ministries, or institutions to participate in the National Apprenticeship Programme in order to expand opportunities for university and professional education graduates to gain work experience and improve competencies in accordance with the needs of the world of work,” Yassierli said through a Public Relations Bureau press release on Saturday (22/8/2026).
To become a partner organiser, prospective partners must have a SIAPKerja account and appoint one employee who is registered in the Company Manpower Mandatory Report (WLKP) as the apprenticeship organiser administrator.
Furthermore, companies can register independently through the official MagangHub website. A number of requirements must be completed, including the Business Identification Number (NIB) or WLKP registration code, company leadership data, a letter of appointment for the administrator, and a statement letter of willingness to become an apprenticeship partner organiser.
In addition to registering as a partner, companies are also required to propose an apprenticeship programme. The programme must include available positions, study programme requirements, apprenticeship location, number of participants needed, position description, as well as the number of apprenticeship days and days off in one week.
All registrations and programme proposals will go through a verification process before prospective partners are designated as apprenticeship organisers. The verification process is scheduled to take place on 1-3 September 2026.
“After the registration and programme proposal process, we will verify prospective partner organisers on 1-3 September 2026. The verification results will serve as the basis for determining apprenticeship partner organisers before being announced through the MagangHub website,” Yassierli said.
After partner organisers are determined, the next stage continues with participant registration, which opens on 3-8 September 2026.
Next, partner organisers will conduct recruitment and propose participants on 9-15 September 2026.
Proposed participants will then undergo the selection and determination process for apprenticeship participants on 16-18 September 2026. The participant selection results are scheduled to be announced on 18 September 2026.
