MagangHub 2026 Registration to Open Soon: Check Requirements and UMP-Equivalent Salary for Participants

The government, through the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), will reopen registration for the National Apprenticeship Programme (MagangHub) Batch II 2026. This programme is one of the government’s efforts to expand job opportunities while providing professional experience to recent graduates before they enter the workforce. In this year’s second batch, the government has significantly increased the participant quota. Previously, 100,000 internship positions were available; the quota has now been raised to 150,000 participants. This increase is expected to reach more Diploma, Bachelor’s, and Professional Education graduates who wish to gain work experience at various partner companies. In addition to gaining work experience, successful participants will receive an allowance or salary equivalent to the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) during the three-month internship programme, along with various other supporting facilities. Participant registration begins on 15 July 2026. The implementation stages for MagangHub Batch II commenced with the opening of registration for organising partners and vacancy submissions through the SIAPKerja platform from 29 June to 15 July 2026. Meanwhile, participant registration officially opens from 15 July to 28 July 2026 via the Kemnaker MagangHub platform. After the registration period ends, the participant selection process will take place from 29 July to 5 August 2026. Participants who pass the selection are scheduled to begin the apprenticeship programme on 10 August 2026, while the Kick Off event for MagangHub Batch II Batch I will be held the following day, on 11 August 2026. This programme serves as a pathway for recent graduates to experience a real working environment while enhancing their competence before fully entering the job market. The complete schedule for MagangHub Batch II 2026 is as follows: Partner registration and vacancy submission from 29 June to 15 July 2026; Participant registration from 15 to 28 July 2026; Participant selection from 29 July to 5 August 2026; Apprenticeship programme begins on 10 August 2026; and Kick Off MagangHub Batch II Batch I on 11 August 2026. Requirements to join MagangHub 2026: The MagangHub programme is intended for university graduates who have recently completed their education and wish to gain work experience through the national apprenticeship programme. The requirements that prospective participants must meet are: Indonesian citizens (WNI) possessing a Population Identification Number (NIK); Graduates of Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Professional Education programmes from universities registered with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology; A maximum graduation period of one year at the time of registration, calculated from the date stated on the diploma or professional certificate; Professional certificates must have been obtained no more than two years from the date the Diploma or Bachelor’s degree was issued.
