Maersk, Bonauli tie up

JAKARTA (JP): Maersk, the Lee Gardens International group of
Hong Kong and Bonauli Real Estate will sign a joint venture
agreement to set up a new management company, PT Bonalee Maersk
Corporation.

The new company will supervise the operations of Cilegon Lee
Gardens Hotel and Country Club, in Cilegon, West Java.

The agreement will be signed on Sept. 16, Bonauli said in a
statement yesterday.

Cilegon Lee Gardens Hotel and Country Club is being built in
the Bonakarta Complex in Cilegon and will be the first Lee
Gardens hotel in Indonesia.

The Hong Kong company will join forces with Bonauli Real
Estate, a property developer, and Maersk, one of the world's
largest shipping companies.

Bonalee Maersk Corporation plans to establish its reputation
in the management of hotels and other properties throughout
Indonesia. (aly)
