JPU Febrina from the Badung District Prosecutor’s Office also stated acceptance of the decision, making the case final and binding. The case began on Tuesday night, 11 November 2025. Dussalam was contacted by someone with the initials ‘Dagang Lele’, now a wanted person (DPO), and offered to buy and distribute methamphetamine. Dussalam then ordered 5 grams of methamphetamine for Rp 4 million and transferred Rp 3.9 million to an account in the name of Usman. The next day, he picked up the methamphetamine package in the Cokroaminoto Street area, Denpasar. The package contained his portion as well as four packages on behalf of the DPO, some of which had to be delivered to others as instructed. On Friday, 14 November 2025, Dussalam received orders from three buyers. He then went to Rosidi’s rented room on Tunjung Sari Street, Gang Menuri VI, Padang Sambian Kaja, West Denpasar. At the location, the methamphetamine was divided into seven small packages using a digital scale. The packages were then stored in a green cloth wallet. As compensation for using the rented room, Rosidi was invited to consume the methamphetamine with Dussalam. Around 20:00 WITA, both were arrested by members of the Badung Police Narcotics Unit. From searching the rented room, police seized seven packages of methamphetamine with a total gross weight of 3.46 grams (2.19 grams net), two empty clip plastic bundles, and a digital scale. During the trial, the prosecutor emphasised Dussalam’s role as a broker who bought, divided, and resold the methamphetamine. Meanwhile, Rosidi was deemed to have participated by providing the location and receiving narcotics as a free reward.
