Mac Donald ad

I am a Muslim but I am shocked by an advertisement which has
been airing on SCTV and RCTI for the past week. The advertisement
shows, on one side, young and modern Indonesian people that look
ugly, while on the other side, people putting on Islamic dress
look good.

This is indeed unacceptable. We should not forget that for
many years government officials and leaders of this country have
been in the first row when they perform the Friday prayer. Is it
to please the Nahdlatul Ulama, like the Bagito show?

Please, MacDonald's, don't be demagoguery and opportunistic.
It is detrimental to the unity of Indonesia.

And don't forget, faith is not in the dress but in the heart.
