M Ray, Content Creator in Ride-Hailing Jacket, Denies Being Male Performer in Bali Pornographic Video
Content creator Muhammad Ray, aged 35, has denied allegations that he was the male performer in a pornographic video featuring a foreign woman with the initials MMJ, known as Slo, in Bali. The allegations emerged from online speculation after Slo’s explicit video with a man wearing a ride-hailing motorcycle jacket went viral on social media.
“Many comments said that person in the video was me, so it became chaotic. Lots of people, including my wife, kept asking about it,” said M Ray whilst giving a statement at Badung Police Station on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.
Ray acknowledged knowing the female performer with the initials MMJ, also known as Slo. However, he stated that their relationship was limited to collaborative humorous vlog content.
The man from Medan emphasised that he had met Slo only twice. Ray claimed these meetings were solely for creating funny video content on a motorbike, unrelated to adult scenes.
“Just funny videos, nothing strange,” Ray added, referring to his social media presence where he frequently shares the other side of ride-hailing driver life.
Ray stated that he first met Slo by chance in the Batu Bolong area, Canggu, North Kuta, in February. At that time, Ray was interested in inviting Slo to participate in his content.
Although they filmed in a villa, Ray claimed the activity merely involved casual conversation between fellow social media content creators. “We met on the roadside first. Then I asked her to make a video, and that was it,” he said.
Ray himself is the owner of the Instagram account @ojolmagank, which frequently shares complaints and stories from ride-hailing drivers through short videos. He stated that his earnings from content collaborations with foreigners in Bali were not substantial.
“Small, very small. But it does generate income,” Ray said when asked about his earnings from social media content creation. He hopes this explanation will end the controversy that has damaged the image of the ride-hailing driver profession.
Previously, explicit video content featuring a man wearing a ride-hailing jacket in Bali had gone viral on social media. The Criminal Investigation Unit of Badung Police, together with Ngurah Rai Immigration, subsequently arrested three foreign nationals involved in both the production and direction of the pornographic video.
The three individuals, designated as suspects, are MMJ, also known as Slo (a French woman), NBS (an Italian man), and ERB (a French man). MMJ and NBS served as the performers in the video, whilst ERB acted as the manager and uploader of content to adult platforms.
Police revealed that Slo, the female performer in the pornographic video, deliberately produced adult content to generate profit through paid platforms such as OnlyFans and social media platform X.
