LX Pantos has published its 2026 Sustainability Report, detailing the company’s progress in implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across its operations both in Korea and abroad. The report addresses nine material ESG issues identified through a double materiality assessment, including climate change adaptation and mitigation, energy, eco-friendly logistics services, customer value management, human resource management, information security, risk management, business conduct, and new growth engines and business diversification. This year, LX Pantos expanded the report’s scope to include overseas operational sites, reflecting the company’s growing international network and increasing business scale in various countries. For the environmental aspect, LX Pantos calculated Scope 1 greenhouse gas emissions from its direct operations and Scope 2 indirect emissions from its operations in Korea and key overseas locations. The company also underwent third-party verification to enhance the reliability of the environmental information presented in the report. On the social front, LX Pantos collected and analysed employee data from nine subsidiaries in Europe, covering human and labour rights, occupational health and safety, working conditions, and education and career development. From a governance perspective, the report highlights the progress of ‘Jeong-do Management’, LX Pantos’ management philosophy that prioritises ethics and regulatory compliance. Throughout 2025, LX Pantos recorded no significant legal violations related to anti-corruption rules and fair trade principles, and achieved a 100 per cent completion rate for its ‘Jeong-do Management’ training programme. The report was prepared in accordance with GRI Standards 2021 and references several global ESG frameworks, including SASB, UN SDGs, UNGC, and TCFD. An independent third-party assurance provider also verified the report to ensure its accuracy and reliability. In 2025, LX Pantos received several recognitions for its sustainability efforts, including a Silver rating from EcoVadis, a B rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project, LEED Gold certification for its MegaWise Cheongna Center, and an A+ rating in the Regional Social Contribution Recognition System organised by South Korea’s Ministry of Health and Welfare. President and CEO Lee Yong-ho stated that LX Pantos is continuously strengthening its sustainability management by expanding the scope of ESG management from Korea to its overseas operational units, and will continue to communicate transparently with stakeholders based on its ESG vision, ‘Value Deliverer for People and the Planet’.
