Luxury Bicycle Used by Ahmad Luthfi Not Recorded in LHKPN

Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi rode a bicycle reportedly worth hundreds of millions when encouraging civil servants to save energy on Thursday, 9 April 2026. The former Central Java Regional Police Chief rode a black Specialized-brand bicycle. Luthfi rode the bicycle with his subordinates. They initially gathered in front of the Raya Baiturrahman Mosque, about one kilometre from the Central Java Governor’s Office.
