LRT Ready to Assist Police in Investigating Body Found in Pancoran Station Electrical Substation

LRT Jabodetabek has confirmed its readiness to cooperate with the police in tracing the discovery of a body found inside the electrical substation at LRT Pancoran. The LRT management stated they will assist if requested by the authorities.

“LRT is ready to assist the investigation if the police request it; we will certainly be cooperative,” said Radhitya Mardika, Manager of Public Relations for LRT Jabodetabek, when contacted on Tuesday (1/9/202<0xA0>26).

Radhitya stated that his side is prepared to provide whatever the police require, including CCTV recordings from the surrounding area.

“That will depend on the police—whether they request the CCTV or not. Technically, we do not know if the CCTV cameras are facing the substation or not. If requested, we will certainly be cooperative and provide it. Whatever assistance is requested, we will provide,” he said.

Furthermore, Radhitya confirmed that the body found at the location was not one of their employees. “The deceased is not one of the LRT employees,” he added.

As previously reported, the police are currently heading to the location regarding the discovery of a suspected body inside the LRT Pancoran electrical substation.

Pancoran Police Chief, Kompol Suminto, stated that his team is currently at the crime scene. He mentioned that they are waiting for the identification team to examine the site.

“I am at the crime scene, waiting for identification,” he said when contacted on Tuesday (1/9).
