LRT Jabodebek services experienced a disruption this morning. The disturbance occurred due to a temporary interruption in the power supply for the trains around Cikunir Station.

LRT Jabodebek Public Relations Manager, Radhitya Mardika, stated that the disruption occurred at approximately 07:23 WIB on Monday (21/09/2026). At that time, the third rail power supply on the Cikunir 2-Jatimulya track section experienced a failure.

The condition arose following a disturbance in the power supply at the Traction Power Sub-Station (TPSS) of the Cikunir 1 LRT Station. Consequently, the traction power supply for the trains was interrupted, impacting several scheduled journeys.

LRT Jabodebek subsequently activated the backup power supply from the TPSS located at Bekasi Barat Station.

“The third rail power supply was restored at 07:27 WIB,” Radhitya said in a statement.

Once power was restored, LRT Jabodebek services began to normalise gradually. By 07:29 WIB, train operations were reported to have returned to normal.

During the disruption handling process, several LRT Jabodebek journeys experienced delays of approximately 3 to 8 minutes.

“We apologise for the inconvenience experienced by our passengers. Currently, all LRT Jabodebek services have returned to normal,” said Radhitya.

LRT Jabodebek ensured that all necessary measures were taken to maintain the reliability and safety of the service.
