A number of users reported a disruption to the LRT Jabodebek service on the Dukuh Atas BSI–Jatimulya route. The operator has apologised and reported that services have returned to normal. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) extends its apologies to all users for the travel disruption that occurred on the LRT Jabodebek service, said LRT Jabodebek Manager of Public Relations Radhitya Mardika in a statement on Thursday. He explained that the disruption affected rolling stock SN68 (TS15) on the Dukuh Atas Bank Syariah Indonesia–Jatimulya route. The issue occurred on the track section between Cikunir 1 Station and Cikunir 2 Station at 10:32 a.m. Western Indonesian Time. Officers are currently conducting an inspection, and as part of the handling procedure, a towing process was carried out to move the TS15 train set to Cikunir 2 Station using TS04, and passengers were disembarked at Cikunir 2 Station to change trains, he explained. He stated that officers conveyed that the handling of passengers was carried out for safety reasons. He said that passenger safety remains the top priority in every handling process. To maintain travel safety and security, officers promptly carried out handling according to operational procedures, including towing the TS15 train set to Cikunir 2 Station using the TS04 train set so that passengers could continue their journey on the next train, he said. Repairs have now been completed, and LRT Jabodebek operations have returned to normal while continuing to prioritise travel safety and security.
