LPS Reshuffles Leadership, 8 New Officials Officially Inaugurated
The Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has inaugurated a number of new officials within the organisation. The inauguration was conducted by the Chairman of the LPS Board of Commissioners, Anggito Abimanyu, on Tuesday (21/7).
On that occasion, LPS inaugurated three Executive Director officials at the echelon I level. Of that number, two officials received job promotions, namely Hafidz Ashady as Executive Director of Finance and Investment of LPS and R. Rizka S. Kurniawan as Executive Director of Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Research of LPS. Meanwhile, one official underwent a job rotation, namely Ridwan Nasution as Executive Director of Bank Surveillance, Examination, and Regulation of LPS.
In addition, LPS also inaugurated five Group Director officials at the echelon II level. Two of them are job rotations, namely Tri Wahyuni as Head of the LPS Internal Audit Unit and Sofyan Baehaqie as Group Director of Investor Relations and Bank Resolution of LPS. The other three officials received promotions, namely Johan Krisnamurti as Group Director of Bank Claims Handling, Heady Anggoro Mukti as Acting Group Director of Deposit Insurance and Resolution Regulation, and Arsandi Akhmad as Acting Group Director of Information Technology Development and Operations.
The inauguration was also attended by all members of the LPS Board of Commissioners, including the Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners who oversees human resources, legal, finance, and other internal divisions.
After the inauguration, the Vice Chairman of the LPS Board of Commissioners, Farid Azhar Nasution, emphasised that promotions and rotations are an important part of organisational development as well as a form of appreciation for employee performance. “We believe that a strong organisation is built by the best people who are given the opportunity to continue developing. Therefore, every promotion and rotation at LPS is carried out based on the principle of meritocracy as a form of appreciation for competence, integrity, and performance, as well as an effort to prepare future LPS leaders,” said Farid Azhar Nasution at the LPS Head Office in Jakarta, Tuesday (21/7/2026).
Through promotions and rotations carried out based on an independent meritocracy system, LPS hopes to continue strengthening organisational capacity, encourage internal talent development, and ensure the availability of professional leadership with integrity capable of answering the organisation’s future challenges.
