LPS Reshuffles Eight Officials, Focusing on Leadership Regeneration
The Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has reshuffled its ranks under the leadership of Board of Commissioners Chairman Anggito Abimanyu. A total of eight echelon I and II officials have been promoted or rotated as part of organisational strengthening and leadership regeneration. LPS Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioners Farid Azhar Nasution said the promotions and job rotations are part of organisational development as well as a form of appreciation for employees deemed to have the competence, integrity, and performance. “We believe that a strong organisation is built by the best individuals who are given the opportunity to continue developing. Therefore, every promotion and rotation at LPS is carried out based on the principle of meritocracy as a form of appreciation for competence, integrity, and performance, as well as an effort to prepare future LPS leaders,” Farid said in a statement on Thursday (23/7/2026).
