PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) recorded positive financial performance throughout 2025 with revenue of Rp9.03 trillion amid challenges from macroeconomic conditions and weakened consumer purchasing power. The company posted EBITDA of Rp1.37 trillion and net profit of Rp470 billion. Underlying net profit (NPAT) also increased 57% to Rp630 billion, reflecting improved profitability and strengthened operational execution. LPKR closed the year with a solid cash position of Rp1.96 trillion.

The positive financial performance was supported by the company’s focus on core businesses in real estate and lifestyle sectors, improved operational efficiency, and more prudent financial management through cost control and debt reduction.

“We are pleased to announce the pre-sales achievements and 2025 financial results supported by timely delivery of various products across different regions. Our affordable housing strategy, complemented by premium segment offerings, has driven strong pre-sales performance. Debt reduction initiatives have also significantly strengthened the company’s capital structure,” said LPKR CEO John Riady on Monday (2/3).

In the real estate segment, pre-sales throughout 2025 reached Rp5.32 trillion, approximately 85 per cent of the annual target. Strong demand for single-family homes in both affordable and premium segments was the main contributor, accounting for 72 per cent of total pre-sales. Performance was also supported by the launch of the Park Serpong project and Treetops Living products, targeting the mass-market and middle segments.

Real estate segment revenue reached Rp7.67 trillion, growing 52 per cent year-on-year, driven by timely delivery of residential and commercial units. EBITDA from this segment was recorded at Rp1.15 trillion. Meanwhile, the lifestyle segment, which includes shopping mall and hotel businesses, recorded revenue of Rp1.37 trillion throughout 2025.

The segment’s gross profit increased 6 per cent to Rp1.03 trillion, with EBITDA growing 16 per cent year-on-year to Rp448 billion. This increase was supported by higher tenant rental income, operational recovery, and cost efficiency.
