LPDB confirms cooperative revolving fund applications are free and can be monitored
The Revolving Fund Management Institution (LPDB) for Cooperatives has emphasised that applications for revolving fund financing are free of charge and the entire process is conducted digitally, allowing applicants to monitor progress in real-time.
LPDB Cooperatives President Director Krisdianto stated that the digitalisation of the application process aims to improve service quality while providing ease and transparency for cooperatives in need of financing. “LPDB Cooperatives exists so that cooperatives have access to financing that is easy, affordable, and suited to their business needs,” Krisdianto said in a statement received in Jakarta on Monday.
He explained that financing applications are made digitally through the e-Proposal application. According to him, prospective partners can also monitor the progress of their application via the dashboard available in the application without having to visit the LPDB Cooperatives office in person. Krisdianto also stressed that the entire revolving fund application process is free of charge.
He said the system is part of LPDB Cooperatives’ efforts to build trust among cooperatives in the official financing channels provided by the government. Krisdianto further explained that LPDB Cooperatives is a Public Service Agency under the Ministry of Cooperatives tasked with strengthening cooperative capital through revolving funds, using either conventional or sharia financing schemes according to the cooperatives’ needs.
In an effort to expand financing access, LPDB Cooperatives recently held a partner gathering attended by 36 real-sector cooperatives from various regions in Indonesia. The activity is expected to provide cooperative administrators with an understanding of the application mechanism, the analysis process, and the disbursement of revolving funds, including financing governance.
On the disbursement side, LPDB Cooperatives has channelled IDR 1.07 trillion in revolving funds throughout the first half of 2026. This realisation consists of IDR 313.6 billion for savings and loan financing and IDR 760.1 billion for real-sector financing. LPDB Cooperatives is targeting total revolving fund disbursement of IDR 2.1 trillion throughout 2026. Krisdianto said the partner gathering activities will be held on several future occasions to capture the market development potential of real-sector cooperatives, while supporting the achievement of the 2026 revolving fund disbursement target.
