Loyalty to President?

From Rakyat Merdeka

Referring to an article in Rakyat Merdeka of July 12 on
ministers' loyalty to the President, as advocated by Agum
Gumelar, in my opinion Agum Gumelar's recommendation is far too
late. Didn't most of the 27 dismissed ministers show their
loyalty by giving correct input to the President?

Want an example? Former minister of justice Yusril Ihza
Mahendra was fired because he gave an opinion in accordance with
the law in relation to a decree intended to be issued by the
President.

And now if Agum Gumelar gives a similar opinion, I am afraid
soon he will experience the same fate, because the President is
all excited and worked up in his intention to issue a decree to
dissolve the legislature (DPR) by July 20 at the latest.

So once again, the firing of so many ministers thus far is not
due to their disloyalty, but more to the erroneous choice of
president made by the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR).

According to experts on health, the President's impaired
vision causes difficulties for him to execute duties of the state
and renders him dependent on others, while the damaged front part
of the brain produces the following symptoms: megalomania,
excessive self-confidence, inconsistency, insensitiveness,
reduced self-control and personality disturbances.

Therefore, the only solution to save the nation from sinking
further is by making the special session of the MPR (scheduled
for Aug. 1) a success, so that we can have a solid and stable
government, which can amicably cooperate with the legislature.
