Love makes boy crazy

YOGYAKARTA: A drunken boy rushed into the teachers' lounge of
a high school in Sleman regency, Yogyakarta, and injured the
school's principal and a student with a knife.

The deputy chief of the Depok Police, Second Insp. Firman,
said the 16-year-old boy, Abdul Rahman, entered the school in
search of 17-year-old Ari Rudianto, whom he accused of grabbing
his girlfriend Sri Utami.

Ari is a student at the school, where Sri is his classmate.

Learning that Abdul was at the school and looking for him, Ari
sought protection from Abdul in the teachers' lounge.

"Abdul went into the teachers' lounge and attacked used his
small knife to attack the school's principal, Mugiono, who tried
to stop him. He also injured Ari before some people finally
managed to stop him," Firman said.

Abdul, who is a high school dropout, is currently in police
custody, along with his friend Sumino, who accompanied Abdul
during the assault. --JP
