Lotte Chemical Titan Restructures Management, Chief Executive Replaced
PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk. (FPNI) has announced changes to its board of directors. The changes were approved through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 February 2026.
According to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) disclosure, shareholders have approved the appointment of Kim Minsung as Chief Executive Officer of the company, replacing Choi Kyungyoon.
“Approved the appointment of Kim Minsung as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with an effective tenure commencing from the close of the Meeting until the close of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Fiscal Year 2028, which will be held in 2029,” the company stated on Monday, 2 March 2026.
This means shareholders have also approved the resignation of Choi Kyungyoon from the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective from the close of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
Management affirmed that the management restructuring will not result in any material impact on the company’s operational activities, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity.
