Lorry Overturns, Traffic from JORR Toll Road Towards Jagorawi Diverted

A lorry was involved in a traffic accident on the Jagorawi Toll Road. The lorry struck a road barrier and overturned, coming to rest across the carriageway.

“07.07 WIB A box lorry overturned after hitting a road barrier on the toll road, precisely at the Cawang split,” stated the official X account of TMC Polda Metro, seen by detikcom on Saturday (20/6/2026).

In a video uploaded by TMC Polda Metro, the body of the lorry can be seen overturned, occupying all lanes. Motorists travelling from the JORR Bambu Apus Toll Road towards Jagorawi are being diverted towards Rambutan.

“The route towards Jagorawi cannot be passed; the route towards Cawang remains open. Vehicles from Bambu Apus heading to Jagorawi are being closed off and directed towards Rambutan, exiting at Pasar Rebo before re-entering the toll road,” said the officer narrating the video.

Motorists are urged to exercise caution when passing through this section. Traffic at the location is reported to be heavy, and the evacuation of the lorry is still in progress.

“The evacuation process is still ongoing, traffic is observed to be heavy; motorists are advised to avoid this toll road section,” stated the X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya.
