To meet this demand, several banks provide ATMs offering small denominations, either Rp10,000 or Rp20,000. These ATMs are typically either cash-in/cash-out machines or dedicated ATMs, unlike ordinary ATMs that usually dispense Rp50,000 and Rp100,000 notes. With this facility, the public can withdraw cash directly without long queues at the teller or participating in limited exchange programs.
