Long Dry Season: Clean Water Becomes a Hope for Situbondo Residents

The dry season has begun to be felt by residents in several areas of Situbondo Regency. To meet the need for clean water, the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is distributing aid to thousands of residents affected by drought in six sub-districts. The distribution of clean water was carried out after a number of water sources in the affected areas experienced a decrease in discharge so that they were no longer able to meet the community’s needs. BPBD Situbondo is targeting the distribution of clean water for 4,529 heads of families or 11,495 individuals spread across eight villages in six drought-affected sub-districts.
