Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Palm oil company PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. (SIMP), part of the Salim Group, will distribute a cash dividend of Rp26 per share for the 2025 financial year. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on 28 July 2026. The distribution was approved during SIMP’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on 25 June 2026. In today’s first trading session, SIMP’s share price reached 545, down 0.91%. Based on the current price, the stock’s dividend yield stands at 4.77%. Veteran investor Lo Kheng Hong is set to reap substantial profits from this dividend payout. His name is recorded as one of SIMP’s shareholders with a stake above 5%. Data from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) as of 29 May 2026 reveals that Lo holds 796,649,400 SIMP shares, equivalent to a 5.14% stake. If he does not increase or decrease his ownership, he will receive a dividend of Rp20.71 billion. It was previously reported that in April, Lo reduced his shareholding in SIMP by 8,189,500 shares on 14 April 2026. Citing information disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sale transaction was carried out in two stages: 1,377,000 shares at a price of Rp925 per share, and 6,812,500 shares at a price of Rp920 per share.
