The President Director of the State Asset Management Agency (LMAN), Kristijanindyati Puspitasari, recorded non-tax state revenue (PNBP) reaching Rp 1.34 trillion as of 31 May 2026. This achievement is equivalent to 47.2% of LMAN’s target for 2026.

“The management of this PNBP surplus is LMAN’s source of contribution to development funding activities, with a total contribution up to May 2026 of Rp 8.6 trillion,” she explained during a working meeting with Commission XI of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) on Monday (15/6/2026).

The Rp 8.6 trillion contribution comprises Rp 7.5 trillion for land funding for National Strategic Projects (PSN) in 2025 and Rp 1.1 trillion for handling the Covid-19 pandemic within hospital public service agencies (BLU).

On this occasion, Kris stated that LMAN manages 330 state assets, of which 182 assets have been optimised, 243 assets have been certified, 172 assets have been constructed, and 293 assets have had their illegal occupations resolved.

Among these assets, several have supported the national economy, specifically 11 assets in the creative economy sector, 12 in health, and 1 in energy security.

Beyond financial benefits, LMAN’s asset management has generated socio-economic benefits valued at Rp 2.4 trillion and Rp 542.4 billion in the form of government rental savings on managed assets.

Meanwhile, for land funding performance for PSN, LMAN has funded 134 national strategic projects with a realised value of Rp 151.7 trillion.

“This includes land provision for 56 toll roads, 10 railway lines, 40 dams, and 28 other PSN projects,” she said.

Through this land funding, LMAN is expected to support national priorities across various sectors. LMAN has also conducted social and economic impact analyses of several PSNs that have been funded, demonstrating a national economic output impact of Rp 49.9 trillion, household income of Rp 9.7 trillion, and employment opportunities for 183,000 workers.
