L&M obtains RI permit

SINGAPORE (Dow Jones): Singapore's L&M Group Investments Ltd.
has received approval from the Indonesian Coordinating Board of
Investment to incorporate PT CyberCity Indonesia in Jakarta as a
foreign investment company.

Centrepoint Properties Ltd. has incorporated a company named
Fraser Services Residences Pte. Ltd. with an authorized capital
of S$100,000 and paid-up capital of S$2.00.
