L&M mulls to build RI park

SINGAPORE (Dow Jones): L&M Group Investments Ltd., a
specialist engineering and construction group in Singapore, said
Tuesday it will carry out a feasibility study with PT Griya
Nusantara Pratama to develop a 10-hectare site into a high-tech
park.

PT Griya Nusantara Pratama has leasehold rights to the site in
Jakarta and has granted L&M Group exclusive rights to market and
manage it.
