In Bekasi, the Head of LLDIKTI Region III delivered several important messages to the graduates of Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) during the 63rd commencement ceremony themed ‘Grow With Vision’. These messages were intended to help the graduates face the increasingly dynamic and competitive challenges of the working world.

Henri Togar Hasiholan Tambunan, Head of the Higher Education Service Agency (LLDIKTI) Region III for DKI Jakarta, stressed that current graduates are required not only to excel academically but also to possess strong character.

“The world of work today does not only seek technically intelligent individuals, but also those with integrity, mental resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively,” Henri stated in his speech on Tuesday (21/4/2026).

Furthermore, the graduates were reminded to continuously develop themselves and not become complacent with the knowledge they have acquired.

“Never feel satisfied with the knowledge obtained so far. Out there, technology changes every second,” he said.

He emphasised the importance of a lifelong learning spirit as the key to remaining relevant amid the times’ developments. According to him, the rapid changes in the industrial world demand that every individual continuously adapt and enhance their competencies.

Not only that, the graduates were also invited to view every challenge as part of the process towards success. Quoting the spirit of Kartini, it was conveyed that ‘Habis gelap terbitlah terang’, meaning that every difficulty, whether during studies or in job hunting, is a path to a better future.

With the educational foundation they have obtained, UBSI graduates as a Creative Digital Campus are believed to be capable of becoming a competent, creative, innovative generation with global competitiveness. They are expected not only to be job seekers but also to create opportunities and provide positive impacts for society and national development.
