LIXIL Expands into Surabaya to Target Sustainable Housing Market
Jakarta, VIVA – The global sanitation and sustainable housing company LIXIL has expanded its business into Surabaya. It officially opened the Manzio @313 Showroom in Surabaya on Friday, 15 May 2026. In collaboration with PT Sukses Expamet, one of its distribution partners, the three-storey facility is designed to showcase LIXIL’s premium sanitary product portfolio from globally renowned brands GROHE SPA, GROHE, and INAX.
Arfindi Batubara, Marketing Director LIXIL Water Technology Indonesia, said the Manzio @313 Showroom is a strategic move to ease access to the premium sanitary portfolio while delivering a more intimate experience. “For architects, interior designers and developers, this showroom acts as a design hub to support inspiration, collaboration and material specifications. Meanwhile, for retail customers, we want to provide a more personal and curated space to choose bathroom solutions that meet the functional and aesthetic needs of their homes,” Arfindi said, citing his statement dated Thursday, 21 May 2026.
Beyond a conventional showroom, the space adopts an immersive concept designed to pamper the senses. Here, visitors are invited to explore bathroom solutions comprehensively, from the depth of design philosophy, through the beauty of aesthetics, material quality, to directly testing the latest water technology advantages.
One of the showroom’s main attractions is the Live Display area featuring the GROHE Aqua Symphony and GROHE Aqua Element collections from the GROHE SPA premium line. The active and functional water installations are built to provide a real reference of how bathrooms can transform into private spa oases.
From spatial layout and luxurious shower panel details to premium shower systems offering a multisensory water experience with adjustable pressure modes and waterfall effects, plus LED lighting synchronisation and audio systems, the area aims to realise a holistic relaxation therapy space for mind and body.
