JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk has recorded a transaction value of Rp 802 trillion on its super app Livin’ by Mandiri up to February 2026, in line with the increasing use of digital services by the public.

In addition to the substantial transaction value, the number of Livin’ by Mandiri users has surpassed 38.5 million, with a total transaction frequency of 784 million.

Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of Information Technology at Bank Mandiri, Susilo Hardiyantono, stated that this achievement reflects the high trust of customers as well as the bank’s system capacity in managing large-scale transactions.

“This growth is proof that our technology foundation and governance have strong scalability,” he said in a written statement, quoted on Wednesday (18/3/2026).

Considering that this period typically sees an increase in transaction activity.

“We have comprehensively prepared system capacity to anticipate transaction needs during the Idul Fitri period. The various enhancements we have made aim to ensure that Livin’ by Mandiri remains stable, responsive, and capable of providing a smooth and comfortable transaction experience for customers,” he added.

He explained that the Lebaran momentum is usually accompanied by a surge in financial activities, from fund transfers, bill payments, to retail transactions at various merchants. Therefore, system reliability becomes a crucial factor in maintaining service smoothness.

Bank Mandiri assures that the Livin’ by Mandiri app will continue to operate 24 hours non-stop during the holiday period, supported by real-time transaction monitoring and increased system capacity.

As a super app, Livin’ provides various integrated transaction features, such as interbank transfers and BI-FAST, bill payments, e-wallet top-ups, QRIS, to the purchase of travel tickets and lifestyle needs through the Livin’ Sukha feature.

In addition, the free e-money card top-up feature is a key offering, especially to support public transaction needs during the Lebaran exodus and return flows.

The company also introduces the Livin’ Call feature, which allows customers to connect directly with the call centre without call costs, to enhance ease of access to banking services.

To encourage transactions, Bank Mandiri offers various promotions during Ramadan up to Idul Fitri, including QRIS cashback up to Rp 100,000 at several merchants as well as promotions for purchasing transportation tickets and gadgets through Livin’ Sukha.
