I bought an apartment in the Sudirman Tower Condominium
Jakarta complex developed by Lippoland. According to the
agreement, While Lippoland should have handed over the apartment
to me on July 15, I still had not received the key by Sept.15.

Instead, upon inquiry, the developer said they would refund my
money not only without interest but subjected to a deduction of
five percent. This is clearly an infringement on the rights of
the consumer.
