Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The EV Transition in Mining Industry Outlook 2026, themed “The Future of EVs in the Mining Industry: Between Efficiency and High Investment,” is set to delve into the future of electrification in the country’s mining industry.

This forum will feature strategic dialogues bringing together regulators, industry associations, mining business players, and stakeholders.

The EV Transition in Mining Industry Outlook 2026 aims to review opportunities, challenges, and the industry’s preparedness in adopting EV technology, particularly in terms of efficiency, investment, and regulation, while encouraging cross-stakeholder collaboration to strengthen the mining electrification ecosystem in Indonesia towards a more competitive and sustainable industrial future.

The event will feature Yuliot Tanjung, Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Indonesia, represented by Jisman P.
