Las Vegas – LiuGong (000528.SZ) showcased 13 units of heavy equipment across its product lines at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 under the theme ‘Tough Customers. Tough Equipment’. The products exhibited by LiuGong meet a range of needs, from urban construction to mining, quarrying, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Electric Solutions to Cut Operating Costs

Several flagship machines displayed included the emission-free excavator 922F, as well as the wheel loaders 870HE and 820TE, reflecting LiuGong’s increasingly complete electric heavy equipment portfolio in the U.S. market. These machines can reduce operating costs by more than 40%, thanks to fewer wear parts, reduced fluid and filter usage, and simpler maintenance. With quieter operation and instant torque, electric heavy equipment is well suited to urban construction projects, building demolition, and public-sector projects with stringent emission standards.

Currently, LiuGong’s electric heavy equipment is in use in more than 60 countries, with cumulative sales exceeding 60,000 units.

Diesel Heavy Equipment for High-Production Applications

For heavy-duty work, LiuGong also displayed the 952F excavator and 856T wheel loader powered by Cummins Tier 4 Final / Stage V engines. These machines are designed for mining, quarrying, and large-scale infrastructure projects, emphasising durability and the ability to operate continuously in harsh, remote working environments.

Precision Heavy Equipment to Maintain Project Efficiency

LiuGong also showcased specialised heavy equipment such as the motor grader 4215D and the 6608F compactor for precise grading and compaction work. The high grading accuracy, together with integrated compaction technology, helps reduce repetitive tasks such as lifting excess material, replacing roadbed materials, or re-mobilising crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and operating costs remain controlled.

Integrated Heavy Equipment Ecosystem

The presence of the TD16N dozer completes LiuGong’s portfolio in the Earthmoving equipment category. Standardised telematics and diagnostics systems support monitoring and after-sales service across a range of machine types, making fleet management and service easier.

Customer Interaction

In addition to displaying heavy equipment, LiuGong hosted a live podcast series ‘Tough Customer Talk’ at Booth F18033, inviting customers and distributors to share experiences regarding performance, reliability, and business impact of using LiuGong heavy equipment.

‘Customers facing heavy-duty work don’t have time for complicated processes,’ said Andrew Ryan, President, LiuGong North America. ‘They need a single partner who can be trusted for the entire job—from the first dig to the final grading stage. We are delivering rugged, efficient heavy equipment supported by an integrated service network.’

Creating Added Value through Collaboration

Four days before CONEXPO-CON/AGG, LiuGong North America also organised a two-day conference for distributors. The event brought together local distributors to discuss industry trends and future business development strategies. Distributors also shared experiences on market practices and success stories. The discussions strengthened partnerships and formed the basis for sustainable market expansion.

On 4 March, LiuGong and Cummins celebrated 30 years of global collaboration. To date, more than 300,000 LiuGong heavy equipment units worldwide use Cummins engines, while Guangxi Cummins has produced over 300,000 engines since its establishment, reflecting the strength of the long-term partnership between the two companies.

Commitment to the American Market

On 2 March, LiuGong held a press briefing attended by nearly 50 industry and mainstream media outlets. Luo Guobing, President, LiuGong; Li Dongchun, Vice President, LiuGong; and Andrew Ryan, President, LiuGong North America, shared the latest strategies and answered media questions about industry trends and future development plans. With portfolio expansion and a customer-centric approach, LiuGong reaffirmed its long-term commitment to the American market. LiuGong will continue to expand its solutions to meet continuously evolving project needs, delivering reliable and comprehensive solutions for a range of work applications.
