Litter at prayer time

Every time I do Ied prayers in Jakarta I always notice that
people leave their newspapers, which they use as mats, all over
the ground.

I would like to suggest that people use plastic mats and take
them back home. If newspapers are used, they should be thrown
away in the proper receptacles, more of which should be provided
by the prayer organizers.
