PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (IDX ticker: MPMX, ‘the Company’) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to report on the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025.

Throughout 2025, the Company reported consolidated revenue of Rp16.2 trillion and net profit of Rp462 billion.

Compared to the previous year, revenue and net profit adjusted by 1% and 19% respectively, reflecting the challenging dynamics of the national automotive and mobility industry, including weakened consumer purchasing power, vehicle financing pressures, and demand normalisation across certain business segments.

However, the Company maintained healthy operations through a more selective, disciplined, and adaptive approach to market changes.

The Company continues to focus on operational discipline, cost efficiency, prudent risk management, and business portfolio optimisation to maintain performance quality and strengthen long-term growth foundations.

“2025 was a dynamic year for the national automotive and mobility industry, teaching the importance of balancing growth, caution, and adaptability to market changes. Amid challenging industry conditions, we have continued to uphold business quality and strengthen sustainable fundamentals. This year’s dividend increase reflects the Company’s commitment to delivering sustained value to shareholders, as well as confidence in our long-term fundamentals and prospects,” said MPMX Group Chief Executive Officer Suwito Mawarwati, in a written statement received Thursday (28 May).

The Company’s maintained performance and fundamentals supported the decision to increase cash dividend payouts to shareholders this year, as reflected in one of the AGM agendas regarding the allocation of profits for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025.

The AGM approved a cash dividend of Rp170 per share, totalling Rp451.895.706.465. This equates to a dividend yield of 16% based on the share price at Monday’s (25 May) closing trade. (E-4)
