Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Several dozen listed companies are observed gearing up to undertake capital increases through rights issues (HMETD). Various corporate reasons drive these actions, from funding needs to fulfilling the new 15% free float regulation. From data compiled by Bisnis from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) up to 13 April 2026, there are 19 issuers planning rights issues. Not holding back, amid tight domestic liquidity, several issuers are confidently issuing billions of new shares.
