List of Three New KPK Deputies: From Enforcement to Corruption Prevention
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) held the inauguration and oath-taking ceremony for three new Senior High Leaders (Pimpinan Tinggi Madya) on Wednesday afternoon (18 February).
The three officials inaugurated hold what are considered “hot seats”, as they are key to the KPK’s success in preventing and prosecuting acts of corruption.
The three newly inaugurated officials are:
- Brigadier General Asep Guntur Rahayu as Deputy for Enforcement and Execution at the KPK;
- Aminuddin as Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring at the KPK;
- Ely Kusumastuti as Deputy for Coordination and Supervision at the KPK.
Their inauguration is stipulated in Presidential Decree (Keppres) No. 23/TPA of 2026.
“Appointed to the position of Senior High Leader effective from the date of their respective inaugurations: 1. Aminuddin as Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring at the KPK, 2. Brigadier General Asep Guntur Rahayu as Deputy for Enforcement and Execution at the KPK, 3. Ely Kusumastuti as Deputy for Coordination and Supervision at the KPK,” said KPK Protocol Officer M. Rafif Idris, reading out the presidential decree during the oath-taking and inauguration ceremony at the KPK headquarters in Jakarta on Wednesday (18 February).
The Presidential Decree takes effect from the date it was issued, namely 12 February 2026. The three newly inaugurated officials are entitled to structural position allowances at Echelon IA level.
KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto subsequently led the oath-taking or pledge of office. He also read out the inauguration text on the occasion.
“That I shall maintain integrity, not abuse authority, and avoid reprehensible conduct,” recited Setyo, which was then repeated by the three new officials.
“I believe, we all believe, that you will carry out your duties to the best of your ability in accordance with the responsibilities entrusted to you. May God Almighty always be with us all,” Setyo added.
Following this, the three KPK deputies collectively read out an integrity pact containing their agreement to comply with applicable regulations and to accept sanctions should they commit any violations.
