List of Seized Evidence in Customs Case from Faizal Assegaf by KPK
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has revealed that electronic evidence seized from Faizal Assegaf, the Director of PT Sinkos Multimedia Mandiri, is allegedly connected to a corruption case within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.
Some of the evidence includes an Apple Mac computer complete with Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse, a Lumix S5IIX mirrorless camera with spare batteries, a monitor, and a Boss WL-30XLR wireless microphone system.
“Items seized by investigators include electronic goods such as a monitor, camera, and several other electronic devices,” stated KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK office in Jakarta on Wednesday evening (15/4).
Budi said that investigators have not yet calculated the total value of the evidence.
“Not yet, we have not received that information,” Budi explained when asked about the estimated value of the seized items.
The examination and seizure actions have caused controversy, as Faizal reported Budi to the Metro Jaya Police for alleged defamation.
The report was registered under number LP/B/2592/IV/2026/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA.
On the same day, Faizal also reported Budi to the KPK Supervisory Board for alleged code of ethics violations.
Faizal was summoned as a witness in the alleged corruption case at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise on 7 April 2026. In addition to him, the KPK also summoned Customs and Excise employee Muhammad Mahzun and Rahmat as witnesses.
The examination of these three witnesses is to complete the case file for seven suspects in the alleged bribery and gratifications case related to goods importation.
They are former Director of Investigation and Enforcement at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise from 2024 to January 2026, Rizal; Head of Subdirectorate of Enforcement Intelligence and Investigation at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (Kasubdit Intel P2 DJBC), Sisprian Subiaksono.
Then, Head of Customs and Excise Intelligence Section (Kasi Intel DJBC), Orlando; Chairman of the Import Documents Team at PT Blueray, Andri; Customs and Excise Directorate General employee Budiman Bayu Prasojo; Owner of PT Blueray, John Field; and Operational Manager of PT Blueray, Dedy Kurniawan.
The suspects have been detained at the KPK Detention Centre. For the PT Blueray parties, investigators have already handed over the case file to the Public Prosecutor.
