The flow of investment into the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) continues. In the period from 1 July 2025 to 21 July 2026, at least 19 investors or projects have been identified as having reached binding stages, ranging from Cooperation Agreements (PKS), land utilisation and asset allocation agreements (ADP), notarial deeds, to the determination of tender winners. This figure consists of 17 direct investment actors and two winners of Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) project tenders. The number 19 is not the total number of IKN investors. The IKN Authority stated that cumulatively, 67 business actors had signed PKS as of 15 July 2026. However, the complete list of names, agreement dates, and values for each investor has not been disclosed to the public.

This list uses the transaction or determination date as the cut-off, not the date of project development publication. Therefore, long-standing projects such as Pakuwon Nusantara, Mayapada Hospital, Hermina, Bluebird, Abdi Waluyo, and Gunadarma are not counted as new investments in the past year, even though they are still under construction or have commenced operations. Companies that have only submitted a Letter of Intent, signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement, conducted visits, or are preparing feasibility studies are also not included. Conversely, projects that are not yet operational are recorded if they already have a PKS, ADP, notarial deed, or tender winner decision.

Domestic investors still dominate the list. However, foreign capital is also present through the Indonesia-Singapore joint venture NSSE, Ayedh Dejem Group from the United Arab Emirates, Star Bright from China, and Dian Jaya, which is affiliated with Dian Development from South Korea. The total disclosed direct investment value reaches at least IDR 7.38 trillion. This figure comes from NSSE (IDR 900 billion), Ayedh Dejem (IDR 4 trillion), the Hauptstadt-Star Bright-Oceans group (IDR 1.275 trillion), Dian Jaya (IDR 1.15 trillion), and Biru Makmur (IDR 50 billion). This value is a minimum estimate, as the nominal values for Plataran, Vitka, five investors from January 2026, and three investors from February 2026 have not been published individually. The figures also represent project estimates, not proof that all funds have been fully disbursed. Star Bright represents the project with the most tangible progress in the March group; the Chinese foreign investment company officially began construction of an integrated area worth IDR 1.25 trillion on 15 July 2026.

Outside of direct investment, the capital expenditure for two KPBU projects reaches approximately IDR 5.26 trillion. Tender documents stipulate that Intiland will build 109 landed houses for civil servants, while Nindya will work on eight residential towers for civil servants, military, and police personnel. This KPBU capital expenditure is not directly summed with the IDR 7.375 trillion in private investment due to the differing nature of the financing.
