List of Indonesian-US Business Agreements Signed in Prabowo's Presence
A series of business cooperation agreements were signed between Indonesian and American entrepreneurs following a meeting between the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) and the US Chamber of Commerce (USCC) in Washington DC on Wednesday (18 February 2026).
The meeting, held at the USCC headquarters, was attended by President Prabowo Subianto. The gathering produced a total of 11 business agreements valued at US$38.4 billion, or approximately Rp 648.9 trillion (at an exchange rate of Rp 16,900 to the dollar).
The business agreements were struck directly between Indonesian and American entrepreneurs, covering sectors ranging from critical mineral industry development to agriculture.
In an official statement from Kadin Indonesia on Thursday (19 February 2026), the Indonesia-US Business Summit began with an Exclusive Business Roundtable aimed at discussing the strengthening of economic cooperation between the two countries through government and business collaboration across various sectors.
Plans for implementing the outcomes of negotiations on a Reciprocal Trade Agreement between Indonesia and the United States were also a focus of discussion, particularly regarding how the business and industrial sectors of both countries can benefit from policy relaxation aimed at strengthening investment and trade cooperation.

Memorandum of Agreement on Critical Minerals — signed by Investment and Downstreaming Minister/BKPM Head Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, Freeport-McMoRan President and CEO Kathleen Quirk, and PT Freeport Indonesia President Director Tony Wenas.
MoU on Oilfield Recovery — between Pertamina and Halliburton, signed by Pertamina CEO Simon Mantiri and Halliburton President Director Ankush Balla.
MoU on Maize Trade — between PT Cargill Indonesia, PT Arena Agro Andalan, and Cargill Inc, signed by Managing Director of Amcham representing Fanny Hosea, PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo (Cargill Indonesia) Donna Priadi, and Director of International Government Relations (China and APAC) at Cargill, Elizabeth Struse.
MoU on Cotton Trade — between Busana Apparel Group and the US National Cotton Council, signed by Busana Apparel Chief Marketing Officer Manish Virmani and National Cotton Council Senior Government Relations Director Jeff Kuckkuck.
