List of Full Tank Fuel Costs for Pajero Sport at Pertamina to Shell Petrol Stations

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The resumption of operations at Shell Indonesia’s petrol stations has been accompanied by the reintroduction of Shell V-Power Diesel in several regions. However, the price of this premium diesel fuel has now surged sharply to Rp 30,890 per litre as of 10 May 2026. For context, in March 2026, the price of Shell V-Power Diesel was still at Rp 14,620 per litre. This represents an increase of approximately Rp 16,270 per litre over two months. If filled completely using the latest price of Shell V-Power Diesel, Pajero Sport owners now need to prepare around Rp 2,100,520 for a single full tank. In contrast, in March 2026, the cost to fill the Pajero Sport’s tank fully was only about Rp 994,160. Thus, there is a difference of approximately Rp 1,106,360 for a single full fill-up. In comparison, several other petrol stations are also selling diesel fuel at high prices, although some have begun making adjustments, including Pertamina’s non-subsidised fuels. BP Indonesia, for example, has reduced the price of BP Ultimate Diesel to Rp 29,890 per litre starting from 8 May 2026. At that price, the full tank cost for a Pajero Sport reaches about Rp 2,032,520. Meanwhile, Vivo Energy Indonesia sells Diesel Primus Plus for Rp 30,890 per litre. Thus, the full tank cost for a Pajero Sport also reaches about Rp 2,100,520, the same as using Shell V-Power Diesel. On the other hand, Pertamina’s non-subsidised diesel products have also experienced a price increase recently. Dexlite is now sold for Rp 23,600 per litre, up from Rp 14,200 per litre previously. If used to fill a Pajero Sport fully, the required funds amount to about Rp 1,604,800. Meanwhile, Pertamina Dex has risen to Rp 23,900 per litre from Rp 14,500 per litre previously. For a single full tank of a Pajero Sport, consumers need to spend around Rp 1,625,200.
