The inaugural visit was to Beijing, where the President met with Chinese President Xi Jinping on 8-10 November 2024. The most recent state visit was to Paris, where the President met with French President Emmanuel Macron on 26-29 May 2026.
Calculating from the tenure commencement on 20 October 2024, this means the Indonesian President has averaged two to three visits per month over the past 20 months. According to Republika’s records, France and Malaysia are the most frequently visited countries, with four visits each.
Egypt is the only African nation visited by President Prabowo Subianto, with two visits to the country recorded.

Egypt (17-18 December 2026): Attended the D-8 Summit in Cairo and received the D-8 leadership baton from Egypt for the 2026-2027 period on behalf of Indonesia.
