List of 11 DKI Provincial Officials Inaugurated by Pramono, Syafrin Liputo Becomes South Jakarta Mayor

Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung inaugurated 11 high-ranking pratama officials within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The inauguration was carried out to fill several important positions to avoid any vacancies or acting task performers (PLT). “I need to clarify to avoid misunderstanding that in this inauguration, there are 11 who are being inaugurated,” said Pramono at Jakarta City Hall on Wednesday (15/4/2026). There are several administrative bases that serve as the foundation, including a recommendation from the Head of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) dated 10 April regarding mutations and promotions based on talent management. In addition, there is a letter from the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD related to the fit and proper test process for the position of South Jakarta Mayor. Other bases are Gubernatorial Decrees Number 385 to 388 of 2026 dated 14 April 2026 concerning the appointment, transfer, and dismissal of Pratama High Officials at echelon II. Pramono assured that the appointments do not apply simultaneously to all officials. Three officials are effective immediately from the inauguration day, while four take effect from 1 June, three from 1 August, and one is still awaiting a decree for the main functional position. According to him, this policy was taken to prevent position vacancies or short-term PLT appointments. “So that there is no PLT and so that there is no room that is indeed short-term, it is better to do it together,” he said. The process of determining the names of the officials was carried out through discussions between the Governor, Deputy Governor, and Regional Secretary utilising the ASN talent management system.
