A stall selling alcoholic beverages disguised as a grocery shop was raided by officers in Dramaga, Bogor, West Java. A total of 110 bottles of various brands and types of liquor were seized. “We confiscated hundreds of bottles of suspected liquor from a resident’s stall that was camouflaged as a grocery seller,” said Dramaga Police Chief Iptu AM Zalukhu on Sunday (14/6/2026). Zalukhu stated that the seizure of the bottles began when a joint team conducting an Enhanced Routine Activity patrol became suspicious of the activities of several youths at the grocery stall. Many youths were seen coming and going from the stall in the early hours. “Personnel suspected one of the stalls of selling liquor. After conducting a search, the patrol personnel succeeded in securing hundreds of bottles of suspected liquor from a resident’s stall camouflaged as a grocery seller,” said Zalukhu. “The evidence confiscated included 80 bottles of various types of ciu, 10 bottles of intisari, 5 bottles of Balinese arak, and 15 bottles of other alcoholic beverages,” he added. Subsequently, the seller along with the evidence found at the scene were taken to the Dramaga Police Station. The perpetrators are being questioned. “The evidence was then taken to the Police Station Headquarters for further investigation,” he concluded.
