Lippo Pacific gets $16.5m syndicated loan yesterday, was not for PT
Lippo Pacific but for PT Prudential Hotel Development, a subsidiary of
the Lippo Group. The loan syndicate was led by Bank Pacific and Pan
Indonesia Bank and the proceeds from the loan facility will be used to
finance the development and operations of the five-star Imperial Century
Resort Hotel and Imperial Country Club in the Lippo Village in
