First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mark William Riddett for placing his trust in us through taking part in our program insurance.

We have read and studied the contents of his letter published under the title Lippo Life service in the Feb. 29 issue of The Jakarta Post. And from our telephone conversation with Mr. Riddett on the same day, we also gained valuable input from him in our efforts to improve our service.
