First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Mark William Riddett
for placing his trust in us through taking part in our program
insurance.

We have read and studied the contents of his letter published
under the title Lippo Life service in the Feb. 29 issue of The
Jakarta Post. And from our telephone conversation with Mr.
Riddett on the same day, we also gained valuable input from him
in our efforts to improve our service.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Riddett
for his willingness to continue to place his trust in AIG LIPPO
through continuing his insurance program. In line with our
