Lippo launches new housing units

JAKARTA: If you are looking for a house to buy before the year ends, consider Lippo Cikarang in West Java.

Lippo Cikarang, located some 35 kilometers east of Jakarta, introduced last week two-story, three-bedroom modern houses.

"The houses are located in the same area as Trinitas and Tunas Bangsa schools and are very close to the family Olympic Sports Center," Lippo Cikarang product general manager Endang Sutrisna said.

PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk president director Yuke Susiloputro expressed optimism that the units would be in great demand.

"The need for houses continues to rise every year and Lippo Cikarang will continue to build more housing complexes," he said.

Lippo Cikarang, which is also home to some 550 industries, has built 8,000 houses in the area. --JP
