JAKARTA — PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) recorded a net profit of IDR 470 billion throughout 2025.

This performance was supported by revenue growth, operational efficiency, and the issuer’s debt reduction strategy.

Throughout the previous year, LPKR reported revenue of IDR 9.03 trillion with EBITDA of IDR 1.37 trillion. Meanwhile, underlying net profit after tax (NPAT) increased by 57 per cent to IDR 630 billion. The company also closed 2025 with cash position of IDR 1.96 trillion, providing adequate liquidity for expansion and liability management.

“We are proud to report the pre-sales achievements and 2025 financial results supported by the timely delivery of various products across different regions,” said John in a press statement on Monday (2 March 2026).

From an operational perspective, the real estate segment was the primary contributor. Pre-sales throughout 2025 reached IDR 5.32 trillion, equivalent to 85 per cent of the annual target.

Sustained demand for residential homes in both affordable and premium segments contributed 72 per cent of total pre-sales. “The company’s affordable housing strategy, complemented by premium segment offerings, has driven strong pre-sales performance. The debt reduction initiative has also significantly strengthened the company’s capital structure,” the statement noted.

This performance was driven by the launch of Park Serpong phases 4 through 6, and the introduction of the Treetops Livin product targeting the mass market and middle-income segments. This strategy reinforced LPKR’s position in the residential home market.

Real estate segment revenue reached IDR 7.67 trillion, growing 52 per cent annually, driven by timely delivery of residential and commercial units. EBITDA for this segment reached IDR 1.15 trillion.

Meanwhile, the lifestyle segment, which includes shopping mall and hotel businesses, reported revenue of IDR 1.37 trillion. Gross profit increased by 6 per cent to IDR 1.03 trillion, whilst EBITDA rose by 16 per cent annually to IDR 448 billion. This growth was driven by increased tenant rent, ongoing operational recovery, and cost optimisation.
