JAKARTA (JP): The extraordinary shareholders meeting of publicly listed Lippo Bank appointed on Thursday four new commissioners as part of installing a more independent board of commissioners.

Lippo shareholders appointed former the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) director, Felia Salim; the Finance Ministry's expert staff, Anggito Abimanyu; former Bank Rakyat Indonesia executive, Suharsono; and expert staff to the finance minister, Markus Permadi.
