Lippo Group's Multipolar (MLPL) Net Profit Slumps 209.52% in 2025

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Lippo Group issuer, PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) reported a 2025 net profit of Rp156.43 billion, or a collapse of 209.52 percent from the same period last year Rp142.83 billion.

With this achievement, basic earnings per share stood at a loss of Rp10 from a Rp9 surplus. Meanwhile, net sales Rp11.54 trillion, up 1.31 percent from Rp11.39 trillion in the same period last year.

Cost of goods and services Rp9.61 trillion, up from the end of 2024 Rp9.45 trillion. Gross profit Rp1.93 trillion, down from the end of the previous year Rp1.93 trillion.

Investment income Rp16.81 billion, down from Rp282.17 billion. Equity in earnings of associates Rp245.57 billion, up from Rp212.13 billion. Operating expenses Rp1.82 trillion, up slightly from Rp1.82 trillion.

Other income Rp137.45 billion, up from Rp16.03 billion. Meanwhile, finance income Rp33.97 billion, down from Rp40.06 billion. Finance costs Rp271.76 billion, down from Rp332.73 billion. Loss before final tax and income tax Rp8.87 billion, down from Rp301.52 billion in the same period last year.

Net loss for the year Rp169.77 billion, up 224.23 percent from Rp136.65 billion. Total equity of the company Rp6.29 trillion, up from Rp4.86 trillion at end-2024.

Total liabilities Rp8.79 trillion, up from Rp8.26 trillion at end of the previous year. Total assets Rp15.08 trillion, up from Rp13.12 trillion.
