Lippo Cikarang Tbk Supports Presidential Priority Programme for Provision of 3 Million Homes
PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (the Company) (IDX: LPCK) has announced that the Company is participating in support of the Indonesian President’s Priority Programme for the provision of 3 million homes for the public.
According to stock exchange disclosure information released on Monday, 9 March, as a form of support for the National Strategic Priority Programme of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in providing 3 million homes for the public, the Company is participating in the provision of land through a donation programme covering approximately 31.3 hectares located in the Meikarta area in Cikarang, which is planned to be utilised for residential development within the framework of the aforementioned programme.
“The Company’s support for this programme was conveyed by the Company’s representative on 8 March 2026 at the development site,” wrote Peter Adrian, Company Secretary of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk.
The event was attended by various stakeholders from the central government, regional government, business sector, and other stakeholders.
Those present at the occasion included, among others, the Chairman of the Housing Task Force Hashim Djojohadikusumo, CEO of Danantara Rosan Roeslani, the Minister of Housing and Settlement (PKP) Maruarar Sirait, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Indonesia) Anindya Bakrie, the Regional Secretary of West Java Province Herman Suryatman representing the Governor of West Java, Jakarta Military Commander Major General Deddy Suryadi, the Acting Regent of Bekasi, the Mayor of Depok, as well as officials from Danantara, the Ministry of Housing and Settlement, the West Java Regional Government, the founder of Lippo Group Mochtar Riady, James Riady, and representatives of the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners along with management representatives.
“The Company views that support for this programme is part of the Company’s commitment to play an active role in supporting government programmes,” explained Peter Adrian.
The Company further noted that its participation does not have a material impact on the operational activities, financial condition, or continuity of the Company’s business.
